What are we
looking for?

We're looking for Adelaide based filmmakers who are up to the challenge of making a short film with the theme Faces & Places of Charles Sturt for a chance to win great prizes.

What dates do
I need to know?

Wednesday 9 May – Competition entries & Film School registration open
Tuesday 29 May – Film School registrations close at 5pm
Friday 29 June – Film submissions close at 5pm
Extended to Monday 2 July - Film submissions close at 10.00 am
Friday 13 July – Gala Awards Night

What are the
categories and prizes?

There are seven categories in this year's festival. With over $2,500 in cash + prizes generously donated by our sponsors up for grabs, there is sure to be something that will appeal to everyone.

Each entrant will also receive two tickets to the Westside Film Festival Awards Night at the Woodville Town Hall on Friday 13 July.

What else do I need to know?

The Westside Film Festival is FREE to enter and you don't need to pre-register.
